Stags are delighted to announce the arrival of Alister King-Smith PGDip MRICS to join their successful Professional Services team. Alister will head up the provision of Town and Country Planning Services for Stags clients building further on recent successes.
He will be based at Stags Exeter office and will be providing planning advice to existing and new clients across the West Country. Alister has been working for a local specialist planning consultancy for the last three years. With 10 years’ experience working within the planning sector, Alister brings a depth of planning experience to the team. Alister has previously worked for Exeter based rural focused planning specialists Acorus, national property consultants Bruton Knowles so has an excellent range of knowledge and experience.
Alister’s particular areas of expertise include;
•preparing and submitting planning and prior notification applications (farm buildings to dwellings)
•site analysis and development advice
•land promotion
•planning and enforcement applications and appeals
•certificates of lawfulness (including lifting Ag Ties), and
•developer contribution negotiations.
He says: “I am excited to be joining the team of professionals at Stags and am looking forward to the challenge of further developing the planning services that Stags already provide.”
