Following the Prime Minster’s announcement on 4th January, the updated Government guidance states “Estate and Letting agents and removal firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can attend property viewings.”
Demand remains extraordinarily strong throughout the region, and with the usual busy Spring market fast approaching, Stags continues to keep the property market moving whilst playing our part in the fight against the virus.
If you are looking to sell or rent your property and want to better understand the value of your home and the local market, then the most effective course of action is a valuation. Viewings can continue to take place in person or virtually. We would ask all parties to familiarise themselves with and respect the guidelines, in particular please avoid travelling if you are showing any symptoms.
