Stags Farm Agency have seen an increase in the number of farms that have come to the market so far this year, in comparison to the previous three years. Could this be a sign of things to come?

What we are seeing is vendors deciding to sell when the time is right for them, many have been taking advantage of high land prices and perhaps seeing opportunities to secure a higher fixed return from saving and some investments”
