In summer 2018, Stags will begin selling eight barn conversion units in the Devon village of Stoke Canon. This autumn, Kentisbeare developers, Woofenden Construction, will begin restoration work on the traditional farm buildings at Oakhay Barton, five miles outside Exeter.
With spectacular rural views, the barns are located in the Exe Valley, close to the River Culm. Stoke Canon boasts a church, shop, primary school and community-run pub and hosts a range of community activities throughout the year. Lying on the A396, there is easy access to both Exeter and Tiverton, ideal for commuters.
Once finished, four units will enjoy good-sized gardens while the other four will benefit from pretty courtyard areas, with additional space for parking.
