Due to the ongoing success of the Stags Tavistock office, we are expanding and moving to one of the most prominent buildings in the centre of the town.
The expansion will relocate the current office to new premises in Bedford Square, Tavistock. This historic building is in a prime location on the high street and will enable us to strengthen the services that we offer.
The Tavistock Sales and Lettings teams cover an extensive area of Dartmoor, West Devon and the Tamar Valley, offering advice to those looking to buy, sell, rent or let a property. Additionally, Stags offers Professional Services, with a team of qualified valuers, land agents and chartered surveyors, and serves the local farming community by running the Tavistock Livestock Market, where regular sheep and cattle sales are held.
Known as the “Western Gateway to Dartmoor”, Tavistock draws people from far and wide. This thriving market town is surrounded by natural beauty, making it the perfect place for both work and leisure.

We always felt that it was a town we should be in and, since our purchase of Ward and Chowen in 2017, have been looking to secure larger and more prominent premises. Situated in the old HSBC Bank in Bedford Square, this move will help consolidate our presence in the area and improve the offering to our clients.”
