Across 2025, we were successful in the sale of a number of quality equestrian homes:

Longash at Merrivale, on the high moor with direct outriding available in every direction, comprised a 3-bedroom farmhouse for refurbishment plus a range of traditional buildings including a stone stable barn, all privately set amongst 14.5 acres of riverside moorland ground. Sold for £710,000.


Cornerstone at Hoo Meavy, on the western edge of the moors, was a 3-bedroom principal house accompanied by a 2-bedroom cottage and separate 2-bedroom holiday barn, all needing modernisation, together with 7.5 acres of pasture and extensive stabling, hay store and tack room. A sale was achieved for £925,000.


The Beeches at Chilsworthy, in the Tamar Valley, was an individual, reverse-level barn conversion set amongst 2.78 acres of formal gardens and paddocks, served by a blockwork stable building and enjoying panoramic valley views. Sold for £452,000.
