Claire Pile MARLA, Stags Lettings Training and Development Manager congratulates Emily Williams, Manager of the Truro Lettings department on her recent success in becoming a qualified member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA).

“With legislation and compliance one of the greatest concerns of a landlord and, with ever-tightening rules and regulations, having a knowledgeable and qualified agent to guide them through the process is more important than ever. In addition, as a member of ARLA, Emily is well-placed to advise landlords on how to successfully balance a hassle-free tenancy whilst maximising their return and maintaining their investment.”

The addition of another qualified agent strengthens the Stags lettings team who, as member agents of ARLA, are governed by strict codes of conduct to ensure the very highest standards and procedures are maintained and followed at all times.

Cornwall has become one of the most sought-after locations and, with the strong tenant demand continuing and average rents and tenancy length increasing, there has never been a better time to let your property. If you are looking for advice about a property you are looking to let, an existing let or a buy-to-let purchase contact Emily or a member of the team who will be able to help.
