Despite the damp start to the morning, crowds flocked to Stags Annual Summer Sale at Honiton Showground to witness the 650+ lots on offer. The sun soon started to shine through and warmed up the bidding to a competitive trade for all lots. From start to finish a good crowd of buyers, underbidders and onlookers followed the sale, all commenting on the prices and quality of items on offer. The online auction saw a total of £32,391 of bids (not all successful) with a total of 3,649 views and 190 bidders.
The first half of the sale was offered to floor bidders only, with the second half of the auction being offered online with live webcast bidding being available. A total of 101 lots were available in this manor with top price being £8,800 for a 1997 Case International 4210 2wd Tractor. An Ifor Wiliams 14’ Flat Bed Trailer saw £2,950 followed by a 2014 Zanon TRV 1900 Flail Topper and a Massey Ferguson 158F 2WD Tractor both reaching £1,800. Next up was a Fleming T800 Offest Topper realising £1,650 and another Topper, this time a 2017 Kidd 180 Pasture Topper reaching £1150. In the ATV Category, a Honda Big Red TRX 300 Quad Bike was offered realising a total of £1,025 and a 2007 Major 800SM Offset Topper making £975.
