Devon barn conversion development opens for viewings this Saturday

Devon barn conversion development opens for viewings this Saturday A new Devon barn conversion development, Oakhay Barton in Stoke Canon, opens for viewings this Saturday 16 February.

Sympathetically converted by local developers, Woofenden Consturction, these historic Grade II-Listed cob buildings have been split into eight units.

In each property, contemporary design blends with carefully-chosen materials and traditional methods to create a stylish blend of old and new and aspirational living environments.
Set around a central courtyard with parking on site, the properties range from one to five-bedroom homes, with the large barns benefiting from private gardens.

The popular village of Stoke Canon lies in the Exe Valley close to the River Culm. Ideally located, the cathedral city of Exeter is just four miles away, home to an impressive array of shops, restaurants and recreational pursuits together with a mainline station to London. With a church, shop, primary school, community-run pub and calendar of community activities, it is a popular place to live for young professionals, families and retirees alike.

This open house event takes place from 10am until 12pm on Saturday 16 February at Oakhay Court, Stoke Canon, Exeter, EX5 4ED. Interested parties will have the chance to view four of the homes and discuss all eight properties with the team from Stags Exeter.

If you would like to discuss these properties in more detail ahead of the event, please contact Stags Exeter.
