Last year was a difficult and testing year for many due to Covid-19, but one thing that continues into 2021 and remained consistent throughout a very busy last year, was the property market in Okehampton, the surrounding towns, villages and hamlets.
Keen to further progress his career, Neil Thomas was promoted to the manager and associate for Stags in Okehampton following the retirement of Mark Berry in March.
The opportunity to head up the Okehampton office was a natural move for Neil, having joined Stags in 2004 and with over 20 years of working in the estate agency industry, Neil has experience of selling property at every level from flats to farmhouses and country homes across West Devon and Torridge, his understanding and enthusiastic approach to selling serves him well with both local and national clients.
Neil is supported by his experienced colleagues Linda Whittaker (who previously worked in Stags Exeter office for 16 years) and Sarah Angel. The team, all living within the Okehampton area, offer excellent local knowledge, sharing a passion for property and delivering a high level of customer service, advising clients on the valuation and sale of town and rural properties throughout the local area.
