In need of renovation and improvement the property attracted a vast amount of interest with over 10,000 views of the online details and over 100 parties registering to download the legal pack. The auction saw competitive bidding starting at £535,000 with 5 people battling it out, culminating in a final sale price of £730,000. More than £200,000 over the guide price.
