Competition winner announced following landlord networking event in Devon
Stags was delighted to attend the recent Mid Devon District Council’s Landlord Networking event held at Paschoe House, near Crediton.
This informative event provided a fantastic focal point for the landlords of Mid Devon to soak up and gain knowledge on all elements of property letting from legislation changes to taxation and fire safety. Claire Pile MARLA, Stags Lettings Development and Training Manager, said “With so many continued changes within the rented sector, the event provided a great forum to be able to offer information to landlords. There continues to be a thirst for knowledge and with representatives from a wide variety of professions, hopefully everyone came away with something useful.”
During the evening Stags ran a competition to guess the value of the rental property. The closest guess was made by Tara Bowers, pictured here with Tiverton Lettings Manager Kelly Hall.
