Claire Pile MARLA, Residential Lettings Training & Development Manager is delighted to share in the success of Kenzie Thomson of the South Devon Lettings team who has recently qualified as a member of Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) having successfully passed her level 3 award.
“We take pride in supporting the individual personal development of our staff and with changes on the horizon as we move closer to implementation of the Renters’ Rights Bill, it is more than important than ever, that we are able to ensure our landlords are getting the best support to ensure they are fully compliant and up to date with of the current legislation. As an agent with a qualified and experienced team with extensive local knowledge we are able to provide this guidance with confidence. It is still surprising to know how many landlords are not aware of some of the basic rules and regulations already in place, that if not followed correctly, can have severe implications. I am delighted to see the reward of Kenzies experience and hard works over the past few years” says Claire Pile.
