Vendor will give full attention to include feeding and scraping out

Total cattle area is 130’ x 80’ which includes 15' loafing areas at either end of the shed

c/w 2 cattle footbaths and water included

Vendor has clamp silage, clamp maize and concentrates available, so the agreed rent will depend on the agreed feed ration

Would suit Dairy or Beef cattle

Vendor is willing to lend his crush and assist with any TB testing

Vendor has extra slurry storage (by separate negotiation)
