Stags Residential Lettings Department is delighted to report on two highly successful Buy To Let seminars that took place recently in Exeter and Truro.
Due to the significant changes in legislation and compliance in 2015 that have affected the private rented sector to include tax and the ever changing lending market an update was considered to be important.
Both events were very well received and attended and further updates will be considered in different areas of the region in the New Year.
