The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) has announced that the Basic Payment Scheme 2020 application window will open on 12 March, giving landowners nine weeks to submit their applications by the 15 May deadline.
The RPA is currently undertaking the annual Proactive Land Change Detection (PCLD) exercise, which is due to be completed before the BPS 2020 application window opens. If any changes are made to your land parcels you will receive a message on the RPA system. If you disagree with these changes, an RLE1 form will need to be submitted to the mapping team. The land use screen is now available for changes to be made so applications can begin to be checked.
