Beth Fahy receiving her certificate from Claire Staniforth MARLA, Lettings Manager, and Andrew Luxton MRICS FARLA, Senior Partner.
Stags are delighted to announce that Beth Fahy, based in Stags Honiton office has recently passed her ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) exams and is now a full member. Stags Lettings Department would like to congratulate Beth on her hard word and dedication to achieve this qualification.
Beth joined the firm in 2022 as lettings administrator in Honiton and has progressed to lettings negotiator over the last 2 years and has become an important part of the lettings team in Honiton, serving landlords throughout East Devon.
“I am so pleased to have received my qualification and I am incredibly grateful to Stags for their support along the way, throughout my study and my exams. This certificate embodies a wide range of units from residential property management practice to health and safety, security and general law and I am looking forward to implementing all that I have learnt into my work day to day and to continue to improve upon the service that I am able to provide to our landlords and tenants.” Said Beth.
As a firm, Stags are keen to support those who wish to further their knowledge and become members of recognised bodies such as ARLA and the RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), and happy to support them through this process. ARLA is the primary recognised body overseeing firms and individuals undertaking lettings and management services, to ensure codes of practise and compliance standards are met.

With the ever-changing legislation, the lettings industry is a complex field and having 2 qualified members of the team is a great asset to our Honiton office.”
