The vendor is not VAT-registered; therefore, lots will be sold without VAT, unless otherwise stated.
10% + VAT Buyers' Premium charged on all lots to a maximum of £250 per lot + VAT, subject to a minimum of £2 + VAT per lot.
All lots must be paid for before being picked up on the Collection Day. Please note that payments by Business Credit Cards will be subject to a 2% surcharge. Our bank account details are Sort Code: 40-20-30 Account Number: 71697900. Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment.
Prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves before making bids as to the condition of any lot and should rely on their own judgement and not the auctioneer's or vendor's description. All lots in this sale are sold as untested, and the auctioneers have little knowledge of their history or working condition.
The vendors and Stags will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone attending the sale site. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents from occurring. All persons entering the sale site do so at their own risk, and must comply with the requirements of any health & safety notices and guidelines. Any incidents or accidents on the sales site must be reported to Stag's sales office immediately. To be clear, Stags cannot be held liable for any injury or damage to persons or property arising out of their negligence.
