Stags was delighted to attend the recent Exeter City Council’s landlord networking event held at The Forum, Exeter University.
This informative event provided a fantastic focal point for the landlords of Exeter and its surrounds to soak up and gain knowledge on all elements of property letting. This covered everything from current legislation changes to houses of multiple occupation (HMOs) and those changes expected in the near future. Claire Pile MARLA, Stags Lettings Development and Training Manager, said “with no let up on and continued changes within the rented sector, the event provided a great forum to be able to offer information to landlords. These events demonstrate the thirst for knowledge and it was reassuring to see so many landlords wanting to ensure they are getting things right.”
During the evening Stags ran a competition - the champagne prize was won by Cynthia Henson, pictured here with Polly Jasper, Residential Lettings Manager of the Exeter office.
