Achieving Chartered Architectural Technologist Status
We’re delighted to share that Jessica Attrill, of our planning and design team, has recently achieved Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) status with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT).
This professional qualification recognises Jess’s technical and design expertise in architecture — joining creative design, project management and practical construction solutions. Becoming MCIAT demonstrates a proven ability to deliver well-considered, sustainable, and buildable design solutions.
For our planning and design team, this milestone strengthens our capability to offer a comprehensive service — from initial feasibility and to obtaining planning. It reflects our ongoing commitment to expanding our knowledge and expertise for our clients, ensuring we continue to bring informed, innovative, and practical design to every project.
‘As we look ahead, we’re excited to build our expertise through more development and conversion projects across the West Country. With a growing demand for the thoughtful reuse of rural buildings and high-quality, sustainable homes, there’s real opportunity for creative, sensitive design. My qualification reinforces our ability to guide clients confidently through the complex process of rural development — from concept to completion. I look forward to my next steps in my creative career path.’
