2022 was a successful year for Stags Equestrian department, with over £108 million worth of sales.
Below are some of our sales highlights from across the region.
1. Knapps Farm
A rare opportunity to acquire a superb private Edwardian residence with impressive equestrian facilities set within just over 8 acres. We were delighted to sell the property, having received strong interest and multiple offers.
2. Land and stables near Blackerton Cross
This is a high-quality equestrian yard with 10.04 acres and, after multiple viewings and offers within the first week of marketing, a sale was agreed above the guide price.
3. Mitchells Farm
A conveniently located property close to the Somerset/Wiltshire/Dorset borders offering superb equestrian facilities with two residential properties, set within land of approximately 32.98 acres. Considerable interest was shown from both regional and London buyers, leading to a swift transaction.
4. The Mousetrap
This edge of city equestrian property attracted multiple interested parties with offers received in excess of the advertised price.
5. Treworra Barton
A Grade II Listed five-bedroom farmhouse with five character holiday cottages, equestrian facilities and 17.5 acres. Strong interest was shown, resulting in a sale to a buyer relocating from Bristol.
