SITUATION
Waterdale is situated in a delightful rural location overlooking fields, but is in no means remote as the hamlet of Edgeborough is less than 1 mile north of the County Town of Taunton. DIRECTIONS
Proceed out of town on the Staplegrove road towards Minehead. At the traffic lights by the post office, turn right into Manor Road continuing into Staplegrove village. Take the first left after the church into Rectory Road and continue out into the country. At the T junction turn right and follow the road for approximately 200 yards turning left, signposted to Edgeborough. Take this no through road passing Stone House Farm and Higher Yarde Farm and Waterdale can be identified after a short distance on the right hand side by a Stags for sale board.

LETTING
The property is available to rent for a period of six months plus on a renewable Assured Shorthold Tenancy, unfurnished and is available at the beginning of September. RENT: £1350 per calendar month exclusive of all charges. TENANT FEES
