MUNDIC BLOCK TEST
A Stage 2 Mundic Block Test has been recently carried out on a sample taken from the eastern elevation footings of the property. The result classified the test as Class B, therefore rendering Elf Cot as un-mortgageable. One other sample was taken from the same elevation which was untested. No other samples have been taken from footing elevation elsewhere..
