DIRECTIONS
From the Tamar Bridge continue through the Saltash tunnel on the A38. At the Carkeel roundabout take the second exit onto the A38 signposted towards Liskeard. As you reach the village of Landrake take the right, signposted for Blunts. As you approach a fork in the road keep to the left. Passing Dolbeare Caravan Park on your right you will approach an 's' bend. On the bend take the road that has a small signpost for Cuttivett. Follow this road down a steep hill. As the road starts to climb Lower Barn can be found on your first left.
