Upon completion and in addition to the purchase price, the purchaser shall take over and pay for (including any VAT where
applicable) the items below at valuation.
Beneficial cultivations carried out prior to completion and growing crops planted prior to completion at the cost of seeds, fertilisers, sprays, pesticides and labour thereto.
