Yesterday, Stags attended the annual London and Country Property Show at Chelsea Old Town Hall, organised by The London Office and attended by member firms from all corners of the country.
The show is a significant event for those considering a move from the capital to the countryside and attracts potential buyers from the capital itself, home counties and even abroad. The show provides those considering a move the opportunity to meet agents, talk about the current market and discuss their requirements and search criteria whilst enjoying a number of refreshments from across The Nation.
This year, Luke Miller, Associate and Valuer for our Truro office, along with Jess Withers from our Marketing Department, were present to greet clients both old and new whilst providing them with a wealth of knowledge on the property market across the South West.
Discussions were had with a diverse range of buyers making it clear that there is still a high demand for a variety of properties across our region with many buyers still considering a move to the countryside to get away from the busy city life. A number of those currently living in the capital are also looking at the possibility of purchasing an investment property, whilst others expressed an interest in development opportunities that may be available.
As always, we find the show a valuable experience for the team not only meeting potential buyers but having the opportunity to discuss the general property market with like-minded agents from across the country.
