We were delighted to hold three seminars in Taunton, Exeter and Lifton across the course of October, where the attendance levels demonstrated a thirst for knowledge from Landlords.
Teaming up with A C Mole, Peplows and Azets Accountants, the events gave Landlords the opportunity to hear more about the current market, Renters Reform bill, glean up to date taxation advice and see examples of current rents and capital yields. Envirovent & NFU Mutual were also on hand to speak to landlords about property maintenance and insurance options.

Claire Pile, associate partner, reports “Following a break due to covid, we were really pleased to be back in a room presenting to Landlords who were all eager to learn more. The Private Rented Sector is continually changing so this format provided an ideal opportunity to keep landlords up-to-date on both the current and proposed changes along with reassurance that the market, and demand for property, remains strong."
