Promote your property at The London and Country Property Show 2018

Would you like Stags to promote your property to buyers in the capital at The London and Country Property Show this spring?

If you are thinking of putting your house on the market this year, then Stags can help find you motivated buyers from London and the Home Counties.

The West Country estate agency is taking part in a major property show in central London this April, where the capital’s buyers flock to browse and take details of rural properties.

“It’s a great opportunity to present your property to the London market,” said Simon Cooper, partner at Stags, who will be attending the show.

“This is the 12th year Stags has taken part in the show. It is always an excellent platform for showing off the wonderful West Country properties we have to buyers who are planning to sell up in the capital and move to the country or want to buy a second home in the South West.”

The show takes place in the Pillar Hall at the Olympia exhibition centre in Kensington on Tuesday April 17 2018. “The Pillar Hall is a classical room with period grandeur. It is part of the world-famous exhibition halls at Olympia and is a first-class platform for promoting quality property,” said Mr Cooper.

The show will be advertised widely both by Stags and also the organisers, The London Office. The London Office is used by Stags and other quality regional estate agencies to promote properties in the capital.

The London and Country Property Show will be advertised in Country Life, Country & Town House magazine and other London publications. It will also be promoted on The London Office’s website and by the 38 estate agency members of The London Office right across London, the South East, the Midlands and the Home Counties.

“This really is a key event for London residents who long to swap their metropolitan lives for the peace, quality of life and beautiful scenery of the West Country,” said Mr Cooper. “We always make contact with lots of highly motivated buyers at the show and I am sure this year will be no exception.”

A major social media campaign will accompany the show and there will be a quality printed show guide with the opportunity for properties to be featured in its pages.
