Following the recent ‘Renting Minefield’ landlord evening presented by Exeter City Council and Mid Devon Council, the lucky Stags competition winner has been presented with a hamper after successfully guessing the combined value of the four properties on display.
Luke Robinson was the winner and is pictured collecting his prize from Claire Pile of the Tiverton office.
The well-delivered, informative evening provided landlords with the opportunity to listen to presentations from a variety of professionals and speak to industry experts at the array of trade stands.
Claire Pile MARLA confirmed “With over 200 landlords in attendance, it was clear that there is a thirst for knowledge within the sector which was really encouraging to see. With ever-changing legislation and compliance, as experts, we are keen to share our knowledge to help landlords do things right.”
