Exciting expansion of our Wellington Professional Services team

Stags are delighted to announce the expansion of their Wellington Professional Services team, an office that serves clients throughout Somerset, Dorset and East Devon.

Head of Wellington Professional Services Guy Wilson BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV, Consultant Mark Neason MRICS FAAV DipArb, and Administrator Debbie Rowland-Webber are joined by three new team members.

Former Partner of Stags, and now Consultant, Simon Cooper FRICS returns to the Wellington office, having left in 1997 to pursue a successful career as an estate agent, and later partner, within the firm. An experienced chartered surveyor and valuer, Simon brings expertise in the fields of both valuation and negotiation to the Wellington team.

Another experienced Valuer, James Orchard AssocRICS, joins Stags having previously worked for a national firm. Together with Simon Cooper, James aims to promote the formal ‘Red Book’ valuation service offered to both professionals and private clients for a range of purposes including probate, secured lending and capital taxation, throughout the South West.

Charles Hallam BA (Hons) MA joins Stags having previously pursued careers in both politics and the charity sector, and is now working towards qualification as a chartered surveyor and fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, whilst completing a Master’s Degree in Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural University. Working together with Guy Wilson, Charles is involved with a wide range of general professional work, including formal valuations, landlord and tenant matters, agri-environmental scheme and grant applications, compulsory purchase and compensation, rural planning and estate management.
