VIEWING:
The viewing day will be Friday 10th May 2024 from 10.00am to 4.00pm. If you are unable to make this time please contact the auctioneers who will try to arrange a convenient time to view the items with the vendor.
VAT:
Please note that the main vendor is VAT registered, so the majority of the lots will be sold with VAT added to the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves prior to making bids as to the condition of any lot and should rely on their own judgement and not the Auctioneers or Vendors description.
CLEARANCE:
The Collection Day will be Friday 17th May 2024 between 9.00am - 5.00pm. All lots should be removed by this day unless by special permission from the vendors or auctioneers.
