A sell-out for the Mid Devon landlord networking event

A sell-out for the Mid Devon landlord networking event Stags was delighted to attend the third Mid Devon District Council landlord networking event at the Hartnoll Hotel on Wednesday 2 October.

The event, which was a sell-out, was directly aimed at local landlords and provided a superb opportunity to network with other landlords as well and seek help and advice from local business offering services within the sector.

In addition, key note speaker and television personality Tommy Walsh delivered a interesting presentation about his experiences, offering some helpful building tips for landlords along the way, while Joanne Young of Ashfords and NAPIT’s Steve Reid delivered updates on the recent The Homes (Fit for Human Habitation) Act and electrical safety.

Claire Pile MARLA, Stags Lettings Development and Training Manager, said “With continued legislation changes being both enforced and proposed for the future, it is even more important for landlords to ensure they are getting things right to avoid unwanted consequences. Events like these are key and clearly the thirst for knowledge is as present as ever.”
