
Senior Surveyor
Tim Yonge is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (FAAV) and is an RICS Accredited Valuer. Having practiced in Rural Estate Management for many of years, Tim is experienced in all aspects of rural property. He is actively involved in the day-to-day management of a number of privately-owned rural estates in Devon and his work involves providing advice on landlord and tenant matters, residential property management, rural grant schemes, valuations and compulsory purchase. Tim also has experience in planning and development work including advising landowners on planning applications, the negotiation, grant and exercise of option/promotion agreements, as well as the sale of land for development.
Tim grew up on a farm in Devon where he now lives with his wife and two children. Outside of work he is a keen sailor, racing at his local club in Newton Ferrers as well as competing at national events. He is an enthusiastic cyclist both on and off-road and is about to venture into the world of triathlons.
