Simon Cooper is one of Stags' most experienced estate agents, with a career in property that spans 39 years and is passionate about all things to do with West Country property. A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers, Simon has been valuing and selling properties successfully for Stags for over 32 years and is now the Senior Partner of the firm. He has been instrumental in the sales of numerous residential/development properties in the Exeter area for the past 16 years and during that time has forged ongoing, close, working relationships with clients he has acted on behalf of. Throughout his career Simon has been actively involved in helping many of his staff to progress their careers and this is reflected in the large numbers of staff who remain loyal to Stags, adding to the firm's reputation for providing both continuity and excellence of service.
Dorset born and educated, Simon moved to Devon in 1987 and when not working can be found with his wife Kathy of 29 years, or fishing or pedalling around the lanes and hills of Mid and East Devon. In 2011 he took part in the 400 charity cycle to all Stags offices and has cycled from Land's End to John O'Groats in 9 days. Simon has been a Town Councillor in Bampton, a Governor of his local primary school (Kentisbeare), Chairman of the Western Counties Agricultural Association (WCAVA), Chairman of the Exeter Estate Agents Association (EEAA) and a Deacon at his local Baptist Church.
