Kate undertakes a variety of work in the Commercial department, including commercial property management, residential block management and commercial agency.
Born and brought up in South Devon, Kate started her working life in the equestrian sector before transferring into property. She gained a degree in Real Estate Management with University College of Estate Management whilst working full time for Michelmore Hughes in residential and commercial sales and lettings, before moving to a purely commercial role in her final year of study.
Having taken a short break to have her son, Kate is now working towards passing the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a Chartered Surveyor, and will be the third generation of her family to qualify as one.
In her spare time, Kate can be found exploring the countryside on her horse, accompanied by her husband and young son.
