From Exeter/M5 (via A30 Eastbound) Exit the M5 at junction 29 taking the A30 towards Honiton. Continue for 1 mile then take the exit signed for Exeter Airport (B3174), following the second exit onto the Clyst Honiton bypass towards Cranbrook and Rockbeare. Continue on the B3174, going straight on at the three mini-roundabouts, until you pass the Jack in the Green' Inn on the left. Shortly after, turn right towards Rockbeare Village. Continue straight past the church and school on your right. After leaving the village, the entrance to Rockbeare Manor is approximately ½ mile on your right hand side.
Pass the main entrance and take the next right signposted Supplier/Delivery entrance. After a short distance on our right, enter the driveway with the stone posts. The cottage will be found on your left hand side.
