An additional "administration" fee of £600 including VAT will be payable by the successful purchaser of each lot immediately after the auction. This will be separately invoiced by Stags. Proceed north from Launceston along the A30 for approximately 6.5 miles before coming off the A30 at Stowford Cross (signposted Broadwoodwidger, Bratton Clovelly and Stowford). Upon leaving the dual carriageway, take the immediate left-hand turning signposted Broadwoodwidger and Roadford Lake. Follow this road for a couple of miles, passing the sign for Roadford Lake Lodges and Roadford Lake Activity Centre. The access point for both lots shall be found on the right-hand side of the road approximately a quarter of a mile after the activity centre. A Stags for sale board has been erected.
