From Totnes continue on the A38 towards Newton Abbot, taking the slip road at Goodstone Cross, signposted Newton Abbot. Continue over the A38 taking the left-hand turning, signposted Bickington and proceed on this road for about ¼ mile, taking the left-hand turning at the brow of the hill, which leads into the new development. Continue around to the righthand side, where the parking and turning area is located to the rear of The Toll House.
