DIRECTIONS
From Totnes continue on the A38 towards Newton Abbot, taking the slip road at Goodstone Cross, signposted Newton Abbot. Continue over the A38 taking the left-hand turning, signposted Bickington and proceed on this road for about ¼ mile, taking the left-hand turning at the brow of the hill, which leads into the new development.
