From the Roundswell roundabout on the southern edge of Barnstaple proceed south on the B3232 towards Great Torrington. Continue through Newton Tracey and Alverdiscott.

Approximately 0.75 miles after leaving Alverdiscott turn left into an unsigned road (this will be the third road on the left after leaving Alverdiscott). After approximately 600 yards, turn left into an unsigned lane and continue for a further 600 yards where Lashingcott Barn will be found on the right, shortly after passing Lashingcott Farm.
