BUYERS RESERVATION FEE-TRADITIONAL ONLINE AUCTION
The successful purchaser(s) will be liable to pay the sum of £5,000 inc VAT. From this a 'buyers fee' of £2,400 (inc VAT) is retained by Stags/Bamboo Auctions as a contribution towards the online platform costs, and £2,600 is payable towards the purchase price.

An additional 'administration' fee of £1,200 including VAT will be payable by the successful purchaser immediately after the auction. This will be separately invoiced by Stags.

DIRECTIONS
From Exeter St David's Station, take the left turn down Station Road, crossing the River Exe. Turn left at the T-junction onto Exwick Road and continue for about 1 mile. Turn right at the cross-road onto Redhills and continue for 0.7 of a mile towards Nadderwater. Take the first exit on the mini roundabout, staying on Redhills. Take the right at the fork in the road, signposted Rowhorne and Oldridge. The land is located on the left of Rowhorne Road after about 0.8 of a mile and is marked by a Stags sale board.
