SITUATION

Perranporth is a popular north coast resort boasting around 3 miles of sandy beach renowned for its excellent surfing, the Chapel Rock landmark and links golf course. The town provides a range of shopping, schooling and banking facilities, together with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and other leisure amenities. The cathedral city of Truro is approximately 8.5 miles distant. From Perranporth the coastal footpath meanders southwards towards St. Agnes whilst to the north lies Holywell Bay.

DIRECTIONS
From our office head towards Chiverton Roundabout and take the third exit signposted Newquay. Continue for nearly a mile and take the first left signposted Perranporth, when you reach the junction turn left, continue on this road for about 3 miles then turn right signposted Wheal Leisure car park until you reach the junction opposite CO-OP then turn left. At the mini roundabout turn right and follow the road for about 1.2 miles. You will see a signpost for Reen Manor on the right, take this turning. When you reach the stable on your right, there will be a right turning by Reen Manor Cottage, take this turn and you will see The Manor House on the right hand side.

LETTING
