SITUATION
The property is situated in the popular Moorland village of Mary Tavy, a self contained community with shop/Post Office, Primary School, and Public House. The open moor can be accessed a short walk from the property, making this property ideal for those who enjoy the outdoors.

DIRECTIONS
From Tavistock town centre proceed out of the town towards Okehampton on the A386. Proceed on this road for approximately 3.5 miles until entering the village of Mary Tavy. Past the post office and take the first turning left and carry along this road around the bend and The Beeches can be found after a short distance along on the left hand side by the beech tree.

LETTING
