Take Slappers Hill, Kingswear Rd and Milton St to Rea Barn Rd in Brixham. Follow along and take Higher Ranscombe Rd that bears round to the left. There is road parking available close-by and walk along to number 45 which is on the left hand side as you walk down the hill.
