SITUATION
The property is situated on the fringes of the small village of Kelly Bray with its renowned public house, The Swingletree Inn, and post office / general store. This charming end of terrace cottage makes up part of a former mine captains house and according to the current owners was visited by Edward VII who often rode in the Duchy land nearby. Constructed in 1850 of local stone under a slate roof, this pretty cottage retains many original features and has been tastefully refurbished by it's current owner.
