DESCRIPTION
Understood to have been built in the 1840s this beautiful Grade II Listed former school commands a lovely elevated position. There are some wonderful Victorian architectural features built with locally quarried stone and flint, there are large windows to the front and a gable stone porch with an inscription.

The accommodation includes a bespoke fitted kitchen/breakfast room around an electric Aga in the centre of the house, with a double aspect sitting room with an inset wood burner and doors through to a study at the rear.

DIRECTIONS
From the centre of Sidmouth head north on the A375, turn right into Salcombe Road opposite the cinema. Go over the bridge around the left bend and then turn right into Salcombe Hill Road, up the hill through the woods. Bear right down into Salcombe Regis going straight across at the staggered cross roads and the property is on the left after 100 yards. Park through the timber gate on the right shortly after the house, reversing in is easier to park.
