On leaving Truro via the A390 travel up Tregolls Road and turn left onto the A39 at the traffic lights signposted to Bodmin and Newquay. Continue for approximately 3 miles and take the road to the right signposted to Trispen and St Erme.

Continue on this road taking the last turning before the T-junction on the right hand side into Polisken Way. Follow the road around to the right and left into the cul-de-sac. Number 77 is at the head of the cul-de-sac where our For Sale Board is erected.
