SITUATION
The land is situated in rural West Somerset, approximately 2.5 miles to the east of Upton and 3.4 miles north-east of Skilgate.

Huish Champflower is 1.75 miles to the east of the land and Wiveliscombe is 4.7 miles to the south-east. The Mid Devon town of Bampton lies 8.5 miles to the south-west.

DIRECTIONS
At the traffic lights in the centre of Wiveliscombe proceed up the hill towards The Square and then turn right signposted towards Langley Marsh. Pass through Langley Marsh and continue on this road until reaching Huish Champfower.

In the centre of Huish Champflower turn left signposted Upton / Brendon Hill. Continue along this road for approximately 1.5 miles and upon reaching a very sharp right hand bend, turn left signposted Chipstable and Raddington.

Proceed along this road for approximately 0.8 miles and at the crossroads turn right towards Dulverton and Upton. The land will be found on the right after 100 yards.
