From Exeter proceed on the A377 towards Crediton for 6 miles. Upon reaching Crediton at the roundabout take the third exit signposted to Tiverton. Continue for 3/4 of a mile and upon reaching the roundabout take the first exit onto the A3072, then immediately take the first right onto Blagdon Terrace signposted to Sandford.
