SITUATION
Oakfield is situated in the small hamlet of Taw Green, approximately 1.5 miles from the village of South Tawton and 2 miles from the village of South Zeal. Both villages are thriving rural communities situated on the Northern edge of the Dartmoor National Park. South Tawton village offers a delightful un-spoilt environment with Historic Parish Church . The nearby village of South Zeal has a well regarded Primary School, Post office/stores, park and two Public houses, one of which dates from the 12th Century. There are regular bus services to and from Exeter from Sticklepath and access can be gained to the A30 dual carriage way at nearby Whiddon Down or just outside Okehampton if heading into Cornwall.

DIRECTIONS
Leave Okehampton via Exeter Road in an easterly direction on the B3260, crossing over the A30, head towards Sticklepath passing the Services on your left hand side. Once you reach Sticklepath, pass the Taw River Public House on your left and follow the road out of the village, turning left at the cross roads at the top of the hill (Zeal Head) sign posted to South Tawton. Go straight across the next cross roads and follow the road through South Tawton and out the other side, crossing the A30, and after about 1.5 miles you will reach the Hamlet of Taw Green. Oakfield can be found straight ahead of you fronting on to the village lane at the top of the grass triangle.
If coming from Exeter, leave the A30 at the Okehampton junction, turn left at the top of the slip road past the Services then follow the directions above from Sticklepath.

LETTING.
The property is available to let on a assured shorthold tenancy for 6 /12 months plus, unfurnished and is available immediately. RENT: £2400 pcm exclusive of all charges. Children/pets considered. Where the agreed let permits pets the rent will be £2500.
