DIRECTIONS
From the North Devon link road (A361) take the North Molton turning. Continue into and through the village of North Molton, climbing for approximately 4 miles until reaching The Sportsman Inn on the left. Continue past the public house for approximately 2/3 of a mile until reaching Withypool Cross turn left here and proceed over the cattle grid and down the hill to Landacre Bridge, pass over the bridge and continue up the hill, pass over the next cattle grid and after a short while take the turning left signed Exford avoiding ford. Continue down the hill and take the next drive on the right hand side (unmarked) and Withycombe Farm will be found at the end. Please ensure all gates to the drive are shut.

RENT: £435 PCM (Plus £120 per calendar month for water electric and oi) exclusive of all other charges. No Smokers.
